If your child is an elementary student and is interested in what baptism is all about and next steps. Please join us November 10 & 17 at 9:00AM in the elementary room. This class is apart of our Milestone 252 program to help equip and partner with kids and parents in their walk with Jesus. We hope you can make it!
Would your child like to make some fun handmade gifts to give to a family member or friend this Christmas? We hope your child can come on December 7th. This event is free for ages 4 & up. Please indicate when you register which time you plan to attend: 9:00-10:30 am or 11:00am-12:30pm. Spots will be limited. Please note that this is drop-in and not drop-off. If you feel you may need to drop-off your child, please reach out as soon as possible. Parents you are more than welcome to stay around in our cafe to grab some coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks (we do have wifi). Upon arrival your child will need to be checked in. If you have any questions contact Mavryn, our event coordinator. We hope your child can make it!
Join us for our first Gingerbread Bash for family worship. This is aimed towards elementary and preschool families. The event will take place at a special time at 10:00 AM. Registration will open soon!
If you are a middle or high school join us for a fun way to have dinner! Join us on November 3rd at 6pm. Please be prompt because we will need to leave immediately. We’ll start with dessert first and end with appetizers going to 3 different houses.
Trunk or Treat is a safe, free, and family-friendly event for the whole community! Kids (and adults) can wear costumes and trick-or-treat by walking from car to car in the church parking lot. Please consider helping out by decorating a trunk, donating candy, and/or bringing your friends to the event!
If you are a middle or high school student come join us for our annual fall retreat in Northeast, MD. It will be a fun weekend with engaging worship sessions, epic outdoor activities, and more! There will be different sessions for both middle and high school students. The retreat takes place at Northbay Camp. The cost of the weekend is $165 and money is due September 15th. In order for you to be considered registered, payment must be received. You may pay via PayPal or check. You will also need to fill out the forms below. We hope you can come!
Packing List: Sleeping bag/blanket/sheet, pillow, towel, toiletries, change of clothes for 2 days, shoes, Bible, and pen.
*Groups will be in lodges and MAY end up lodging with another group if our group does not meet the size requirement to fill a room.

Join us for this Milestone 252 class designed for our elementary kids for the month of October. We will be diving into some Bible basics such as: Introduction to the Bible, What does the Bible tell us about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
Families of preschool and elementary kids are welcome to join us for family worship in the elementary room at 10:30am.
All Seniors are invited to a potluck luncheon at 12:00 PM in the Cafe.
All preschool and elementary kids are welcome to join us to be artists for the evening while we discover how God has designed us as a masterpiece. Dinner is provided.

The ACCELERATE Debt Reduction Campaign seeks to maximize the ministry impact of this church and enhance financial flexibility by paying off the mortgage early, thus saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest. Letters offering details of this initiative were mailed last week. Additional brochures remain available on the table in the Lobby. Commitment Sunday is October 13, 2024, when the total commitment will be announced, but commitments and donations can be submitted at any time. Everyone is also invited to participate a special prayer service this Friday, September 13 at 7:00 PM.

Come and join us for some worship, games, a small craft and our Build-Your-Own Pancake Station! Wear your Pajamas if you like, and come have some fun! This is a family event, so kids must be accompanied by a parent.

We’ll provide the water and bubbles, some lunch and frozen treats all you need to bring is swimwear/clothes to get wet in and a change of clothes. CIY move is for high school students (incoming 9th graders-outgoing seniors) this summer! We hope you can join us as we head to Salisbury University located in Salisbury, MD. CIY is an amazing week that you will remember forever. It’s a week of worship, friends, and tons of fun. The cost is $420 (includes registration, housing, and some meals). Students are responsible for bringing $$ for meals while we travel (approximately 2-3 meals). There are only 10 spaces available this year, so sign-up early! To register, complete the MWSM Form and CIY Form below to register. A $130 deposit is due by February 29th at the time of registration (on paypal please select student ministry event and enter amount). The remaining balance is due by May 5th. If you are a middle or high school student we would love for you to join us this summer on a mission trip to Johnson City, TN. Our main objective during the week is to serve the children at a VBS at Big Spring Church of Christ. Not only will be serving at a VBS at night, but during the day we will go to different para church organizations to serve such as, a food bank, a children’s home, a homeless shelter, and more. If you are looking to deepen your walk with Jesus and have an amazing experience you really don’t want to miss this week.
To be considered a trip participant both registration and non-refundable deposit is required. To pay you may write a check or use PayPal. If you use PayPal select on “Student Ministry Event”. We hope you can join us for some family fun to get a little messy. We are inviting all of our elementary and preschool families for a shaving cream war in church courtyard at 4pm. Make sure you bring clothes to get messy in and also a change of clothes. We will provide the shaving cream and also we will have some snacks. We hope to see you there!

It’s summer time! Let’s kick off the season together with an afternoon of fun, food and fellowship! Join us for our annual church picnic on Sunday, June 16, from noon until 3:00 PM, at the Bohrer Park Pond Pavilion.
