Would your child like to make some fun handmade gifts to give to a family member or friend this Christmas? We hope your child can come on December 6th from 9:00-11:00am. This event is free for ages 4 & up. Spots will be limited. Please note that this is drop-in and not drop-off. Parents you are more than welcome to stay around in our cafe to grab some coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks (we do have wifi) or join your child in making gifts. If you are a middle or high school student come join us for the winter retreat at Indian Lake Christian Camp January 16-18. It will be a fun weekend with engaging worship sessions, bonfires, hot chocolate, slingshots, archery, and more! The cost of the weekend is $95 (includes all meals Friday-Sunday if registered by Dec 1) After Dec 1st the cost is $115 You will also need to fill out the registration from Indian Lake. CIY move is for high school students (incoming 9th graders-outgoing seniors) this summer! We hope you can join us as we head to Salisbury University located in Salisbury, MD. CIY is an amazing week that you will remember forever. It’s a week of worship, friends, and tons of fun. The cost is $450 (includes registration, housing, and some meals). Students are responsible for bringing $$ for meals while we travel (approximately 2-3 meals). There are only 10 spaces available this year, so sign-up early! To register, complete the MWSM Form and CIY Form below to register. A $200 deposit is due by February 22nd at the time of registration (on paypal please select student ministry event and enter amount). The remaining balance is due by May 31st. Please feel free to do check, cash or paypal/credit card (see payment button below).

Trunk or Treat is a safe, free, and family-friendly event for the whole community! Kids (and adults) can wear costumes and trick-or-treat by walking from car to car in the church parking lot. Please consider helping out by decorating a trunk, donating candy, and/or bringing your friends to the event!

There will be different sessions for both middle and high school students. The retreat takes place at Northbay Camp. The cost of the weekend is $215 and money is due September 21st. Summer vacations will soon be past, school is starting soon, and Fall will be here before we know it, along with its schedules and routines. Make sure regular Worship and Fellowship with your Church Family is part of that routine! To kick off this new season, join us on Sunday, September 21 for church "Family Reunion." We'll gather as a united family of believers at 10:30 AM for Worship and Study, then all are invited to bring a dish (or dishes) to share and stay for a Potluck Fellowship Lunch in Faith Hall.

If you are a middle or high school student we would love for you to join us this summer on a mission trip to Johnson City, TN. Our main objective during the week is to serve the children at a VBS at Big Spring Church of Christ. Not only will be serving at a VBS at night, but during the day we will go to different para church organizations to serve such as, a food bank, a children’s home, a homeless shelter, and more. If you are looking to deepen your walk with Jesus and have an amazing experience you really don’t want to miss this week.

What is the most loving thing you can do for the people who live on your street or in your apartment building? This seminar, led by Chaplain Rich Carter, will focus on one idea: becoming intentional in getting to know your neighbors and building friendships with them. You will learn ways to literally apply Jesus' word "to love your neighbor." God calls us to love and serve others, regardless of whether they are seeking Him or not. This is not a blueprint for winning your neighbors to Christ; rather, it provides an opportunity for you to be a genuine friend to those around you. If you are a good friend, they will notice that some things in your life are different.

We would love for you to join us after the worship service for our church picnic and bubble war for kids. The picnic will be held on church grounds and we will have hamburgers, hot dogs, desserts, and beverages that are provided. Please bring a side and/or salad to share. We will also be celebrating Elly Hamilton’s retirement at the picnic. If people are wanting to join the bubble war as well make sure you bring some clothes to get wet in and a towel. We hope your high school student can join us for our prepare to launch seminar. This seminar is geared specifically for our juniors and seniors, however if your student is in high school they are welcome to attend. We will be diving into what it means and how to live as a Christian as a student moves into the next milestone of their life. This seminar is apart of our Milestone 252 program designed to partner with families to point families to walk with Jesus everyday.
All ages are welcome to an Easter egg hunt on Saturday April 19th, 9-11 AM. Egg hunts will happen every 15 minutes!!!! While you wait to hunt down eggs, activities and games will provide extremely egg-citing fun. This is a come and go event, feel free to come anytime and stay as long as you’d like.
